White chocolate fondant with rose meringue kisses, raspberry sorbet and rose persian fairy floss
The fondant is lightly coated with dessicated coconut, and oozes hot liquid from the centre. Yummo!!

The chocolate pumpkin pot was on a year ago from my mentor Rebecca Creighton's creations. I have put a new little twist to finish off the night as an 'After dinner mint' for customers to enjoy with their coffee.
